Joydeco Custom Light Filtering Roman Shades

I got this cordless pull-down shade for my powder room to give it a little refresh, and it does exactly what I hoped. It functions really smoothly — super easy to pull up and down — and the cordless design keeps everything looking clean.

These shades are great! They went up in less than two minutes. So easy to install and just what I wanted translucent shades. I like how easy they pull up and pull down and in the morning they bring light into a dark room.

My cats terrorized my standard aluminum blinds. So I was looking for something I could easily lift and lower so they can still look outside. And something they can't chew. Bonus points that these are machine washable. I really wanted the thermal ones because I have old drafty windows. (( One room was always 71deg even when my heat is on 75- with these it's now running true to the thermostat)) So I ordered 11. Cause the whole house needs to match. Shipping was super quick. Like a week earlier then expected. However while it did get here early. All 11 items were wrong. They sent me the wrong color and the wrong sizes. I spoke with the sender and they rectified the situation extremely quickly. And the 11 correct items where here within days. Installation is easy, if you have ever installed other blinds it's the same process. I found out you pulled the fabric off the front a little you could see the clips easier.

I looked for blinds for my office for ages, but all of the ones I liked were over $150! These were absolutely perfect. They feel like great quality, but are lightweight and easy to clean!

I rarely write shopping reviews, but I had to share how impressed I am with the joydeco Roman shade! I ordered the light filtering and it does exactly what I needed—provide natural light while also ensuring privacy. My window needed a Roman shade 62.5 inches wide; I scoured multiple websites. Joydeco offered the size I needed for less than $75! The competitors I found would’ve required a custom size order, and cost $300+! I also love the cordless feature, installation was straightforward and I managed to do it myself (with the help of a handy drill), and the shade extends and retracts smoothly. I’m incredibly satisfied, and plan on ordering more for my other windows.

Looks amazing! So easy to install

I love the way they look in my bedroom. With a dog who chews up blinds, this has been a game changer. The only con I have is that they're not completely room-darkening. The sides and top let light through and can be bright when it's super sunny. Other than that, I wouldn't let that deter you from buying these.

I ordered two of these darkening roman shades, and while it does not completely darken the room it does about 85%. It is very easy to install and it is great quality for the price. When I installed the plastic clip that holds the shades, one of them broke. I reached out to the manufacturer and they replaced it right away!! Great customer service!!

We have now bought these for all the bedrooms. Even with blackout curtains our rooms could be bright depending on time of day. These blinds work perfectly.

I've never had roman blinds before and I liked them so much that I ordered another for a different room also. They were easy to install and they work very smoothly.

These are by far the best quality, easiest to install window coverings I've ever purchased. I literally had them installed in less than five minutes and I’m a complete amateur. We have tons of sunlight that comes through our windows and these are true blackout shades. They’ve helped keep our rooms cooler as well.

These fit perfectly in my kitchen window! My window faces the setting sun and the sun can be really bright (and hot) at this time of day. These block all light and heat when pulled down. They are heavy built and easy to use. They do a great job and I have gotten so many compliments on them.

As described and easy to install

Took 3 times to get sent the correct size. Company was great at replacing. Very quickly sent new one. Box & inside package had different size sizes.

These are exactly as advertised & seem to be good quality.

For a lower cost light filtering shade this works. One of the 2 shades bought did not connect at the top. Easy and fast exchange to get a replacement. Opted for an inside mount even though the shade is not flush it looks nice.

These are nice looking and fit the price you can’t beat it

I just looked back in my orders to repurchase these blinds for another room in my home and realized I originally purchased them almost four years ago! They have held up beautifully. Still like new, no issues. Can't recommend enough!

The blinds filter out light, but wouldn’t call them light blocking. They’re good quality, were easy to install (only took about 10 mins) and the customer service is great!
