2.Return Policy

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following cases are considered customer reasons and are not eligible for return:
  • Changed mind or no longer need the item
  • Correct size but does not fit as expected
  • Unsatisfied with curtain weight
  • Product meets quality standards but does not meet personal expectations
  • Color not as desired
  • Wrong order placed
  • Misunderstanding of product images
  • Size tolerance within ±1 inch (industry standard)
  • Delivery delay
  • Color variation due to different dye lots
  • Color variation due to different lining
  • Light-blocking effect not as expected
  • Fabric seams in oversized items

2.2 Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following cases are eligible for return or exchange, with photo evidence and full description required:
  • Received the wrong item
  • Incorrect lining type used

Note: Please contact customer service before returning or exchanging to confirm the issue and obtain the return address. Do not refuse delivery or return the package to the original shipping address. Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted or refunded.

2.3 Return Shipping & Refund

  • Return shipping cost: Paid by the customer.
  • Refund amount: Order amount × 80% (deducting handling, packaging, and shipping fees).
  • Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If you have not received your refund:

        a. Check your bank account again
        b. Contact your credit card company
        c. Contact your bank (usually takes 5 business days)
        d. Still not received? Contact service@joydeco.com

2.4 Return Timeframe

  • Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Late submissions may be denied. Please inspect items promptly upon receipt.

3.Refund Policy

The following customer-caused issues are not eligible for refund:
  • Incorrect shipping address causing delivery failure
  • Recipient unable to sign for the package
  • Delivered but lost due to safety concerns in the delivery area
  • Refused packages

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

4.Order Cancellation

  • Within 12 hours of placing an order: Full refund available by contacting service@joydeco.com.
  • After 12 hours, if the product has entered production, a 30% fee will be charged for cancellation.
  • Orders already produced and shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5.Order Modification

  • If you selected the wrong size, color, or lining, please contact customer service within 12 hours of placing the order to modify it.
  • Any price differences will be refunded or charged as needed.

6.Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Disputes or chargebacks may result in funds being frozen for up to 90 days.
  • Please contact customer service first for faster resolution.
