Shipping Time & Production
We normally need 2–5 business days to complete product production. After production, standard shipping from the US takes 10–15 business days. The shipping time displayed on our website is for reference only and represents the timeframe within which 95% of orders are fulfilled. Due to circumstances beyond our control, some orders may take longer. No refunds will be issued for delayed shipments. If you need your curtains by a specific date, please contact us in advance at service@joydeco.com to confirm the delivery timeframe and place your order accordingly.

Order Tracking
Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Common carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT.
Import Duties

Q2: When am I eligible to file a claim?
You may submit a claim under the following circumstances:

Domestic orders not delivered within 30 days or international orders not delivered within 60 days from the shipment date.

Package marked "delivered" but not received (requires supporting documentation such as a police report or security footage).

Misdelivery to an incorrect address due to system or processing errors (provided the correct address was submitted at checkout).
