1. How to measure the Pinch Pleated curtains?
For Pinch Pleated curtains, the recommended curtain width is Rod or Track Width × Fullness (recommended 1.25×) ÷ Number of Panels.Measure the curtain length from the eyelet ring where the hook attaches. If using curtain rings, measure from the bottom of the ring; if using a track, measure from the bottom of the track ring to the desired curtain length.Visit here for full curtain measuring instructions.
2. How to understand the width of pleated curtains?
For pleated curtains, the panel width is the width that pleats are already set. 2X-2.3X fabric fullness in default to create pleats and folds. And panel width is from the left pleat end to the right pleat end, instead of the left curtain side hem to the right curtain side hem.
3. Should I consider how much fullness is for the pleated header style?
For pleats are permanently sewn to make, we normally make them in 200-230% fullness. For example, if rod or track length is 100 inches, you may order 2 panels each 50 inches width for pinch pleated. You could also order more width if you prefer more fullness.
4. What is stacking width?
The curtain stack width refers to the amount of space that curtains occupy when they are fully drawn or pulled open to one side of the window or doorway. Joydeco curtain stack width varies for fabrics and headers, normally accounting for 20-30% of your ordered width.
5. Should I buy a pleated hook?
The order includes adjustable plastic hooks and plastic adjustable pin hooks that allow you to adjust the length of the curtains within 3 inches. You still need to purchase the rod ring separately.
6. What is a single panel curtain?
Single panel (or one-panel) curtains are just that — a window treatment that only hangs on one side of the door or window, not both sides.
7. Are blackout curtains completely light-proof?
Our blackout curtains are not 100% completely blackout. The blackout degree of our blackout curtains ranges from 50% to 90%, and the darker the color, the better the blackout effect.
