Yes, the shades feature a cordless design with a spring-loaded mechanism that has undergone rigorous testing (5,000+ cycles). They can be easily opened by pulling down and closed by gently tugging the buckle for automatic retraction.
While primarily designed for light blocking and insulation, the dense fabric also helps reduce external noise, enhancing indoor comfort.
Each shade comes with a complete installation kit including metal brackets, screws, and instructions. Mounting can typically be completed in minutes with basic tools.

These far exceeded my expectations! Easy up and down and beautiful construction. The Joydeco brand has yet to disappoint- we’ve bought a number of their window treatments over the past 8 years.
I will give 5 star review. Good quality and not expensive and easy to install. I am planning to buy more for other rooms directly from Joydeco website for more designs. The same thisng from Levlor or Bali is costing more than $250.
I absolutely love the look of these. I literally installed them in maybe 5 minutes each it was the easiest thing ever! Highly recommend. I just measured the exact inside size and ordered them like that and it was A perfect fit!! Now i want to order more! They seem very sturdy, while also being lightweight. I can see them working in many different style homes. They also are very secure and look EXPENSIVE honey!!!!!!!

Did what I needed it to do! Does a good job blocking light. I installed the metal rod sideways but I think I'm going to fix it this weekend and install it to with the metal rod going upwards instead. Will be ordering 2 more for living room side windows.
