Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

Customized curtains are sold as individual panels. If you select 1 quantity when placing your order, you will ultimately receive 1 curtain.

The final settlement page for customized product orders includes two parts of fees, one is the basic fee for customized products, and the other is the additional fee required for customized product size.

Sorry, unless the product we send is incorrect or there is a quality issue, we cannot provide you with a return service for customized products. Please understand.

You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours of making a purchase by contacting our customer support team and requesting an order cancellation via service@joydeco.com. After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled.

Normally we ship orders via carrier DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.

Custom duty fees vary by country. You might be noticed by the carrier to pay the import customs duty fee based on your order amount. Please be noted that our pricing doesn’t include this possible import duty custom fee.

We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any return amount for other eligible items. To know more, visit our Return Policy page.

Our policy lasts 7 days from arrival date for you to send photos of evidence of damaged/broken items. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunded amounts are processed back to your original payment method. Typically, it takes 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card.
