    Simply sign up for a free account on Joydeco.com. Once registered, you’ll automatically join the rewards program and can start earning points.
    2. How can I earn points?

    You can earn points through various activities:

    • Create an account: Earn 300 points when you sign up.
    • Place an order: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
    • Leave a review: Earn 300 points after sharing your feedback.
    • Follow us on social media: Earn points by connecting with Joydeco on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Celebrate your birthday: Receive bonus points when you add your birthday information.
    3. Where can I check my points balance?

    Sign in to your Joydeco account and open the Rewards Dashboard to view your current points balance and available rewards.

    Redeeming Rewards

    1. Can I use points on the same order where I earn them?

    No. Points earned from a purchase will be available for future eligible orders only and cannot be applied to the same transaction.
    2. Can I earn points for previous purchases?

    Points cannot be added retroactively. Please make sure you are logged into your Joydeco account before placing an order to receive rewards.
    3. Can I cancel a redeemed reward?

    Redeemed rewards cannot be canceled or refunded by customers directly. If you need assistance, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll help review your request.
