Normally, we will need 2 to 5 days for tailoring in our factory, plus 5 to 7 days express delivery shipped from US.
The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. Due to circumstances out of our control, sometimes orders may take longer. No refund will be given for overdue shipments. If you require a curtain by a certain date, please contact us at info@joydeco.com to confirm the time frame and order it in advance.

Standard Shipping: The shipping cost is $9.99. It takes 12 - 15 business days to be successfully delivered.
Fast Shipping：The shipping cost is $19.99. It takes 7 - 12 business days to be successfully delivered.

We can't ship orders to military addresses. We can't ship orders to PO Box addresses.
We only ship to street addresses, like home or office addresses.

Once the order was picked up by the carrier or agent, our system will send you an email to advise the tracking number.
Normally we ship orders via carrier DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.

Custom duty fees vary by country. You might be noticed by the carrier to pay the import customs duty fee based on your order amount. Please be noted that our pricing doesn’t include this possible import duty custom fee.
