Sorry to say product seems a bit on cheesy side. Not what I was expecting. I guess we received it and it works so I give it a three.
Love my new Roman shade. Fits perfectly. Packaged well and shipped in a timely fashion.
The blinds do a great job of keeping the sun out and for room darkening. Shipping was reasonable fast. Plastic ends are not that attractive but for the price it's a good buy and will work for us.
Love my custom made blind. It truly does darken a room! Will definitely be buying more of these.
I purchased blackout curtains ordered to size for large windows. They are great quality and they look fantastic in my space. Even my husband loves them!
It came in on time and as expected. It looks the same as the picture. I used to buy insurance for shipping but I never needed it.

Before placing the order I was concerned about the width of each of the two panels for our picture window. I sent an email explaining the width of our window, the width, after pulling the curtains taught, with no pleats, etc. I told them what our existing panel width was and asked, not knowing how your curtains are pleated, if that measurement still made sense. I was told they'saw no problem with it. Each panel is AT LEAST 20" too wide. I sent an email regarding this and was ignored. So... Yeah. I just love your company.
Was sent the wrong size, and they would not accommodate an exchange.
I love the curtains. I had to work a bit to steam the wrinkles out of it. The only negative I have was trying to get shipping information.
There is gap from the blinds to window. The bracket fits great- almost too tight but not blackout

it would have been nice if they were shipped & Pressed, "Ready to Hang" instead of a Rumpled Folded delivery ! But, We will make them work for us.

The quality and the fit are great, and I would have given 5 stars except there were no hanging instructions. Just basic instructions would have been so helpful.
